I recently met with a dog trainer and we discussed one of my dog's being particular with their food - vomitting from some dog foods, et cetera. She recommended Four Leaf Rover's Digest probiotic and enzyme blend. I started sprinkling 1/8 of a teaspoon twice a day over the top of my dog's dry Kibble and it should help him get more probiotics into his gut and to help his gut health. I had never thought of adding a probiotic before until she suggested it.

The dog trainer mentioned that it's a good thing that they list of exactly how many milligrams there are of each active ingrediant, for full transparency. The bacteria strains consist of 2 Billions CFUs, which is good too - knowing the total CFU count. I looked online and I read that it's safe to stay under either the 10000 or 5000 CFU count daily for each dog. Learning about a CFU count I found interesting.
I thought I'd share this, in case anyone has a dog with a sensitive stomach or digestive issues, or just wants to help their IG have better gut health. 😊 I'm now giving this probiotic powder blend to both of my IGs twice daily, 1/8th teaspoon at each of their meals.
